March Batting Cage Schedule

Please Note:

• The March batting cage times are reserved for those who have registered to tryout out for traveling baseball. 
• A separate house league gym calendar schedule will be posted soon for those player registered to play house league.  The dates will begin approximately April 5th for the house calendar and will be available to only those registered for house league. 
• Please make sure you attend the session you are registered for as space will be limited and we will have players check-in at the door.  Only players and coaches will be in the gym area as a matter of safety. 
• Some parents with coaching experience may be asked to help.  If your interested, please speak to the coach in charge of that session.

Friday March 26:
5:30 - 7:00 PM - 9U & 10U
7:15 - 8:45 PM - 11U
8:45 - 9:45 PM - 12U

Saturday March 27:
8:00 - 9:30 AM - 9U & 10U
9:45 - 10:45 AM - 11U
11:00 - 12:00 - 12U
12:15 - 2:15 PM - 13U (double session)
2:15 - 4:15 PM - 14U (double session)
4:15 - 5:15 PM - 15U

The April batting cage schedule for house players will be available soon.   The dates will begin approximately April 5

2010 Elk River House Evaluations will be held on Saturday April 17 (April 18 will be the makeup date if necessary due to weather).  Mark your calendars!

Evaluations will be held at the Youth Athletic Complex (YAC).  See our Field Directions page for directions.

Pants will be available for purchase at the evaluation times.

Majors (A-L) - 9:00 - 11:00
Majors (M-Z) - 12:00 - 2:00

4th Grade House - 12:00 - 2:00

5/6th Grade House - 9:00 - 11:00

7th Grade House - 2:00 - 4:00

8/9th Grade House - 2:00 - 4:00

You are invited to come and enjoy a Day of Baseball with the Elk River Elk’s High School team at the new Twin’s stadium on Sunday May 9^, 2010 against the Baltimore Orioles.  If you’d like, you can ride the new NorthStar train--it stops right next to the ballpark.  With your support, we may get the Elk’s name on the Video Board!  Most importantly though is that your ticket purchase is helping support Elk River Baseball.

Tickets are only $22!

Please print off the order form below and order your tickets before March 17, 2010.   As outlined on the form you may pick up your tickets at the Travel Tryouts on March 26 or March 27.  It’s that easy!

Helmets will be available to size and order during traveling tryouts:

Friday March 26:  5:30 - 9:00 PM
Saturday March 27:  8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

You will be able to try on helmets, and order them if you need one.  Cost will be apporixmately $25.  Helmets will be delivered to House Evaluation for house players, and to team managers for traveling players.
